Product Overview

Danish advertising for a sewing machine showing a boy having his pants repaired as he is still wearing them. At the beginning Husqvarna was armament firm, which had supplied the Swedish army with rifles since 1689. Like many others, they began producing sewing machines (1872), then bicycles in the late 19th century. In 1903, they made the jump to motorcycle manufacturing around 1920. They created the oscillating bobbin - "the sewing machine for families and craftsmen." This dominated the world market for more than 50 years. Carl Frederik Lobech Røgind ( 16. July 1871 in Randers - 19. november 1933 in Copenhagen ) was a Danish cartoonist. There is a border around the image. The image size is correct. Many sizes available.
