Rarely an item will become out of stock. If this does happen, we will attempt to get the item from outside sources based on the final sell price. If that is not possible, we will refund your payment in full.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 10 days of the invoice date.
Please be certain to send us an email of your request.
All items must be unused and accompanied with a copy of the invoice and the provided return form.
Software, DVD's, CD's are to be exchanged only. Working merchandise will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Incompatible merchandise is still considered working if there is nothing wrong with it.
All returns and exchanges will receive prompt attention, and we will make every effort to expedite the handling of your return request.

Return and Exchange Instructions
You may return your merchandise to us for a refund, in which case we will credit your PayPal account (if that was your form of payment), send you a refund or you may exchange for the same product if it is still in stock. Software excluded.
All products must have complete content.
Once we receive your request for a return, we will email you a return form.
Simply fill out the return form, include it in the packaging it was sent in, Along with a copy of the original invoice and mail it to the enclosed address. Be sure to mark the RMA number that we send you clearly on the outside of the returning package.
