This design from May of 1946, "Floating Colonies of Mizar", is by Frank R. Paul. Frank Rudolph Paul (April 18, 1884 – June 29, 1963) was an American illustrator of pulp magazines in the science fiction field. There is a border around the image. The image size is correct. Many sizes available.
