One Hundred Thousand Leagues in the Air - Sci Fi French representation of a winged airship flying over the desert where a camel carrying an Arab runs from the contraption. The text in French in this poster reads as "Cent mille miles dans l'air" Translation: "The deliveries. One hundred thousand miles in the air" The poster mentions Comte Henry de La Vaulx (1870–1930), a balloonist, author, and cofounder of major French and international aeronautical associations. Cent Mille Lieues dans les Airs is nothing more than a thirty-part serialized novel ripping off the far more popular Twenty-Thousand Leagues Under the Sea. There is a border around the image. The image size is correct. Many sizes available.
