Santos-Dumont's Aeroplane Motor

In 1906 M. Sauntos-Dumont built a small flying machine fitted with an Antoinette motor, and on August 22nd, he made the first flight in Europe to be officially recorded. On October 23rd he made a flight of 25 meters, and on November 12th suceeded in flying 200 meters, winning the prize offered for the first flight of 100 meters. - There is a border around the image.
